Sludge incineration equipment mainly includes rotary incinerator, vertical multi-stage incinerator, fluidized bed incinerator, etc. in the past, vertical multi-stage incinerator was commonly used abroad, and recently fluidized bed incinerator was commonly used. The innovation of the device is: the sludge is harmless after drying and incineration, which will no longer cause secondary pollution or new pollution to the environment; Realize the reduction, and the capacity reduction of biochemical sludge can reach more than 95%, and the capacity reduction of physicochemical sludge can also reach more than 80%; It can save a lot of landfill land. Sludge incineration adopts hot flue gas drying. Sludge drying and incineration device (zero coal sludge incineration) is a proprietary technology developed on the basis of summarizing foreign advanced sludge incineration technology. After the sludge with certain calorific value (biochemical and physicochemical sludge) is dried and incinerated by this system, the organic matter in the sludge is completely decomposed to meet the requirements of harmless disposal, the sludge volume reduction is more than 95%, and the discharge index meets the requirements of gb18485-2001 standard.


Sludge with moisture content of 80-85% will be formed after entering the treatment unit, and then enter the dryer. After efficient drying, the moisture content of sludge will be reduced to 20% ~ 30%, and the calorific value of sludge will be increased to more than ~ 2950kj / kg. After that, it will enter the incineration furnace for incineration and decomposition under the medium temperature environment of 850 ℃ ~ 950 ℃. The incineration flue gas does not produce dioxin, nor NOx and other pollutants. The high-temperature flue gas discharged from incineration heats the air for combustion and the air for heating and drying sludge. The tail gas after incineration meets the requirements of emission standards after treatment.



The drying and flue gas of the whole incineration disposal system are in the sealed flue, which will not affect the environment. At the same time, the air for incineration of the incineration device is extracted from the plant to maintain the air circulation and slight negative pressure in the plant, so as to ensure the air quality in and around the plant.



The drying and incineration device is suitable for physicochemical and biochemical sludge of sewage treatment plant, pulp sludge of paper mill, oily sludge of oil field, oily sludge of oil refinery, etc. the sludge produced by these facilities can be completely harmless and reduced directly in the sludge producing area without transportation, reduce intermediate links, and achieve the best economic and social benefits. The wet sludge treatment capacity of the unit is 10t / D ~ 200t / D; The moisture content of the treated sludge is 80-85%, and the sludge value is ≥ 1850kj / kg.
